A day of hot communication

Friday -
Third day? It feels like its been a week, but in the best way possible. Sherrie got excited at the sight of a fruit stand near our house, and we are now fully stocked on fruit... for a day anyway.
We visited commercial street again to pick up Debbie and Sherrie's dresses but the shop was closed as we were told later due to water and power issues. We wondered around, found new sights, and of course, went back to see Baba.

Mamon
We split up and decided to meet at Baba's. On my way to Baba's, I met a man named Mamon, who was selling shoes, but took time out of his work to tell me about the history of a beautiful building opposite his shop. The building was 140 years old, originally a butchers house. A butchers family still resides within in, but conducts their business elsewhere.

One of the Many Clothing Stores
Continuing my journey to Baba's, I met some men hand-making the fabrics for the clothes seen around commercial road.

Finally, before arriving at Baba's, I met and talked to a young man selling peanuts who very graciously gave me some peanuts. We talked for a while, despite a language barrier.

I arrived at Baba's where Debbie and Sherrie were waiting. As usual, we chatted with Baba on all manners of things.

After chatting at Baba's, we ate at a north Indian restaurant (kornatuk?), another perfect recommendation of Baba's. We were unsure why, but it was candlelit. The food, as usual was too delicious. Although I made the mistake of enjoying my spicyness a little too much, and paid the repercussions for it the next morning.
