Saturday -
I un-excitedly awoke at 5am, half an hour before my alarm was to go off, with the call of last night's chilli. I was tired enough as getting to bed quite late the night before. To make matters worse, I had organised to go for a hike/rock climbing boulder session with some people from Bangalore on a WhatsApp group. I debated on if I should go or not, and after making myself some french toast, I pushed on. All my gear packed, extra water, I was ready. I was to meet someone I had never met before at Yelachenahalli metro station, by 06:55. I get up to the main road, concerned there are no tuk tuks, i think perhaps i misjudged due to the earliness my ability to get a tuk tuk. No worries, a tuk tuk arrives. He says he knows it and we drive off. I've forgotten my camera I realise, but its too late now. Climbing is more important. We get to the metro station, he goes, I walk up the ramp to the station. The station is Baiyappanahalli metro station. I look at my map. It is north Bangalore, the complete opposite direction of where I need to go and the time is 06:48. I message the person I am meeting with the sad news and pay double the price I paid to get there, to get home in a tuk tuk.

Fruit Vendors |
After arriving back at the guesthouse, I fell asleep on the couch, then I awoke to Augustine entering. He taught me how to open and prepare a jack fruit. Everyone (Augustine, Debbie, Sherrie and I) all had a big fruit breakfast together.

Augustine then informed Debbie, Sherrie and I, all about the history of India, including some politics and religion. It was all very interesting.

Sights of a Food-venture |
After our stomachs had resided, we went for a walk to another north Indian restaurant named, Savoury. I fell in love with tandori chicken again.
After the restaurant, Augustine and the students (Debbie, Sherrie and I) split ways, we looked around the area of the restaurant and talked to some locals before taking a tuk tuk to commercial road to finally pick up Debbie and Sherrie's dresses.

Please, Take a Selfie |
Once arriving and finding that the dresses were complete, just needing to be fitted, I once again split ways with the agreement of meeting at Baba's shop.

This time, i arrived at Baba's first. With Baba were two of his friends, a married couple. Mohan was a pastor of an evangelical church and Prasanthi was the president and representative of India's Healing Hands, a worldwide organisation. Prasanthi led the Women Worth a Million, a branch specifically working with women to empower them, working alongside their community's strengths, skills and assets to assist financially.
We caught a tuk tuk home and the driver asked if I wanted to sit in the front with him, I did. To end the day we had the usual but always delicious Udupas Veg.
